A. Instructions on Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

1.1. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

1.2. Start of the Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the last item of the goods.

Please send us a clear statement (e.g., a letter by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g., by email) of the receipt of your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than our standard, least expensive delivery option).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back — whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and within fourteen (14) days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless the item is defective or damaged in a way not caused by the customer.

Loss of Value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way not necessary to determine their nature, properties, and functionality.

3. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods that are not pre-fabricated and are made according to the consumer’s individual choice or specification, or

  • Goods clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

The right of withdrawal expires early for:

  • Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once the seal has been removed after delivery.

4. General Return Guidelines

  1. Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods.
    Whenever possible, return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components.
    Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If the original packaging is no longer available, ensure adequate protection during transport.

  2. Please do not send parcels freight collect (unpaid).

  3. The above points (1–2) are not mandatory requirements for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
