General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the Melis Özdemir online shop (www.adoramel.com). They regulate the contractual relationship between the customer and Melis Özdemir , Fulya Mah. Büyükdere Cad. No:74D, K:3 Ofis:10, Torun Center, 34371 Istanbul, Turkey.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the customer sends the order via the online shop and the provider accepts this order by sending an order confirmation by email. The provider reserves the right to reject orders for certain reasons.

3. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy. The customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. For further information on the right of cancellation, please see the cancellation policy .

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices quoted include VAT. The customer can choose the following payment methods:

• Amazon Pay

• advance payment by bank transfer

The provider also accepts payments via PayPal Plus and PayPal Checkout .

5. Delivery and shipping conditions

Delivery takes place after receipt of payment. The shipping costs are shown to the customer during the ordering process and depend on the delivery address and size of the order. The customer bears the shipping costs.

6. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.

7. Liability for defects (warranty)

The statutory warranty rights apply. When delivering used goods, the warranty is reduced to 1 year if the customer purchases a used product. The provider is liable for defects and ensures that the goods are delivered in perfect condition.

8. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages that were caused intentionally or through gross negligence. The provider is only liable for damages caused by simple negligence if essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are violated. Any further liability is excluded.

9. Special conditions for the processing of goods according to specific customer specifications

The provider also offers the option of processing products according to the customer's specifications. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the content supplied is correct and legally safe. The provider is not liable for damages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

10. Redemption of promotional vouchers

Promotional vouchers offered as part of promotions can only be redeemed once per order. Further terms and conditions regarding promotional vouchers will be communicated to the customer in the respective offer.

11. Redemption of gift vouchers

Vouchers can be redeemed in the online shop and are only valid once per order. Vouchers can be redeemed by people other than the buyer. The customer can only use one paid gift voucher per order.

12. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the laws governing the international sale of movable goods. For consumers, this choice of law shall only apply to the extent that the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence.

13. Alternative dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform), which can be accessed via the following link:

The provider is not obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

General information

When placing an order, the customer has the option of making a selection and paying using PayPal, Amazon Pay or advance payment by bank transfer. The contract can be cancelled within the first 14 days after receipt of the goods.
